Argentine Steak Rub
This rub originated among the Gauchos
(cowboys) of the Argentine Pampas. It has
robust flavours of garlic, rosemary and thyme.

Take a good cut of Australian beef or lamb,
brush it with oil and rub Tasmanian Steak Rub
on with your fingers. Allow the meat to
marinate for at least 15 minutes. Throw it on a
hot grill and you will find a taste unsurpassed by
any seasoning.
