Creole people of Louisiana. Tasmanian Cajun Salmon
Rub contains a distinctive blend of oregano, basil and
thyme, together with garlic and Spanish paprika. This
rub is very versatile and popular and provides incredible
aromas. Tasmanian Cajun Salmon can be used as a
marinade on beef, chicken, lamb, fish, potato wedges
and other grilled vegetables.

For a truly special meal, try this blend with Tasmanian
salmon. Mix Tasmanian Cajun Salmon with olive oil to
make a runny paste. Marinate the salmon steak in the
marinade for 15 minutes or more and grill for a few
minutes on a hot barbecue or pan. There is no better
